Artful Existence:
creating the life
and relationships
you long for
-
Are you stuck in the same endless loop of arguments?
-
Have you lost sight of what first brought you together?
-
Are you missing physical and sexual intimacy?
-
Can't remember the last time you laughed together?
Couples seek counselling to improve their communication and emotional intimacy, seek unbiased support to help them resolve conflicts, and navigate complex life challenges. I offer a neutral, welcoming and non-judgmental space for both partners to express their feelings and desires,
to support couples to address the issues negatively affecting their relationship.
-
Are you feeling overwhelmed and burnt out?
-
Struggling to find meaning in how you spend your days?
-
Isolating from your friends and family connections?
-
Are you looking for support with boundaries?
-
Can't connect with your joy and enthusiasm for life?
Are you considering individual counselling because you recognize that your usual ways of coping with the challenges of life are no longer working for you? Or that the occasional coping strategy is now being overused? Anxiety and existential angst are normal experiences, but the stress on us when their frequency or intensity is too much takes a toll. You can do something other than white knuckle your way through! Counselling can provide a warm and caring environment to explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights, and examine your coping strategies. The goal is to put you back in charge of your life, and empower you to make positive changes that will enhance your well-being.
